I have a client who owns a mutli family building in Manchester. He has owned the building for 9 years and knew he was paying to much but did not know why.
As it turned out the electrical system was not up to date and he was paying a significantly higher rate for it. If he upgraded the system it would not be necessary for him to pay the high rate. Its not that he did not want to do it but t he was unaware of the issue. He is in the process of gathering quotes to get the electrical system up to standard and it will reduce his rates significantly.
This is how I do business, taking the extra time and effort to help my clients save money. After his call to Barrett Insurance he now knows why and can take corrective action. Something he was not getting before, open communication and help.
